BONDERITE® L-FG LS 2127 (previously known as ACHESON LS-2127) is a protective coating for laser drilling, brazing and welding, and used as a precoat lubricant during forming operations.

BONDERITE® L-FG LS 2127 can be brushed, dipped or sprayed. For brushed applications, BONDERITE® L-FG LS 2127 can be used as received or diluted 1:1 with water. For dipping and precoating applications, the work surface should be preheated to 121°-149°C (250°-300°F). For spray applications, BONDERITE® L-FG LS 2127 should be diluted 1:3 with water. Ensure product is mixed before application or dilution and that work surfaces are properly cleaned.
